1844618 - When dragging an image that has been added to a PDF, the drag preview is smaller than expected

On one of my screens when I drag an added image the preview is incorrectly sized (it's smaller than it should be). See attached screen recording.

On my other two screens the drag preview is correctly sized. All my screens are high DPI; the problematic screen is rotated 90°.

The problematic screen:

ASUS PB287Q:

• Resolution: 2160 x 3840
• UI Looks like: 1080 x 1920 @ 60.00Hz
• Rotation: 90

No problems on this one:

DELL P2715Q:

• Resolution: 3840 x 2160 (2160p/4K UHD 1 - Ultra High Definition)
• UI Looks like: 1920 x 1080 @ 60.00Hz
• Rotation: None

Other weirdness that might help:

• If I add an image to a PDF and drag it around on the problematic screen, the drag size issue continues to happen on after moving the window to one of the other screens, even if I remove and re-add the image
• If I add an image to a PDF and drag it around on a screen that doesn't show the problem, then move it to the problematic screen the issue occurs, however moving the window back to the original screen doesn't result in the incorrect size
