1844706 - Put and use MDN icon under toolkit/themes/shared/icons/

In this bug 1844495, we use MDN logo located at devtools/skin/images/mdn.svg for MDN Suggestions as temporary. When the logo that should be shown is decided, we need to put it under toolkit/themes/shared/icons/ and use it.

I tested this bug on Nightly 118.0a1, build id: 20230824214839, on macOS Ventura 13.4.1, on Windows 10 and Linux Mint 20.

• We have verified that the appropriate MDN icon is displayed, we have verified that MDN icon is correctly displayed no matter what theme is chosen and also we have verified that the MDN icon is visible even if the window is resized.
