1844852 - Align close button and message bar icon when moz-message-bar wraps

Attachment: Slight misalignment between the icon (left) and close button (right)

Currently the close icon is not quite vertically centered with the message bar icon when the text wraps. This wasn't critical enough to block v1 of the component, but it would be nice to perfect the alignment going forward.
