1845204 - Increase clickable area of message list icons

The icons in the message list (e.g. the junk icon) are 16px by 16px but they're in cells which are much larger. We should increase the clickable size of the buttons to make them easier to click.

We can do this after bug 1843014.
We will need to remove the padding for the body cells and have a unique class for those so we can make those buttons go 100% in width and height.
We need to be very specific since we have other buttons and indicators in other cells that don't need to behave this way, like the thread chevron.

How To Test

• Open up table view for Thunderbird
• Switch between densities and hover over mail list icons
• The full height of the icon box should be clickable
• There should be a little bit padding on each side of the icon to provide more of a clickable width
