There's Mac and Windows specific stuff that's been removed. Whoever looks into this, check browser_parsable_css.js on both platforms.

Yeah, sorry, went a bit overboard with the clean-up, but it should be rather straight-forward to fix. I checked comm-central while removing to ensure there wasn't anything problematic.
