Steps to reproduce:

Test environments:
2 Windows 10 PC, 1x 32Bit 1x 64Bit, Defender, Windows FW
Versions affected:
TB 115.x --- TB 116 Beta x --- TB 117 Daily (all 32Bit)

Description:
If [X] 'Expunge at leaving TB' is marked in account preferences
and accessing an IMAP account was performed,
TB hangs / lags round about 90s when quit command with TB ending command.
(Not if using Windows close button or Alt-F4)
If [ ] 'Expunge at leaving TB' unmarked, quit command works quick normally.

Summary: IMAP Expunge effected lag at Thunderbird Quit → IMAP Expunge Inbox effected lag at Thunderbird Quit
