The page gets translated, but the comments do not.

I can reproduce. I suspect this is the same issue as Bug 1840705. Those are dynamic content as I see the DOM node having a root for that section mentioning JSX. I suspect those are added later. We have a mutation observer that should pick these up, but something is not working correctly

I believe bug 1840705 fixed this, as this works on Nightly for me. (Although initiating the translation says Czech is not supported yet and I had to choose Spanish as a random choice. That still changes something which shows that the translation task itself runs well there.)
