When in Private Browsing Mode, neither the "save to pocket" button nor the bookmarks toolbar should be displayed on any pages.

Verified that the pocket button and bookmarks bar from PBM are removed when the preference "browser.privatebrowsing.felt-privacy-v1" is set to true in about:config - tested on Firefox 118, Firefox 119, and Firefox 120 beta 7, on Windows 10, macOS 11.7 and Ubuntu 22.04.
