User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/115.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/115.0.1901.188

Steps to reproduce:

Last update caused keyboard to repeat qwerty sequence instead of typed letter.
It has happened before but, a pc restart or Firefox restart fixed it. Could be a conflict with Zonealarm NextGen.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1420073 indicates that ZoneAlarm may have fixed the original crash (bug 1777960). I am able to reproduce the crash with the older ZoneAlarm version (and icsak.dll unblocked) - let me try updating ZoneAlarm.

I was able to reproduce the issue with ZoneAlarm Extreme Security: 15.8.211.19229 on Firefox 116.0.1 on Windows 10.

The issue is fixed on Firefox 116.0.2, Firefox 117.0b4 and Firefox 118.0a1 (2023-08-05) on the same system.
