1847460 - I have to cut and paste this message because my keyboard dosen’t work right in Firefox since last update

Steps to reproduce:

Everything I was told to do in help and troubleshoot, including refreshing FF

Actual results:

Nothing good. I had to reconfigure FF and am still working on it.

Expected results:

I don’t know. The keyboard should have started working I guess. I’ve since downloaded Opera just so I can read my emails. I’m not computer savvy and don’t claim to be, but I can follow directions.

Hi! Are you using ZoneAlarm anti-keylogger by any chance?
If so, can you try on the latest 116.0.2 update that rolled out today?
Trying to see if this issue is the same as reported in bug 1847033

Yes,I am. I did try the new download of FF and all is well. I sent an email to you to tell you and again thanks.
