AR: Vertical seams in the center of the sun. If you resize the browser window horizontally, the number of these vertical seams will increase.
Can repro on a build from Jan2020. So this is not a new regression.
Marking this as blocking gpu-canvas as this bug will be visible to users of gpu-canvas (where d2d-canvas would be disabled).

Happens more with gpu-canvas disabled for me, so not going to block gpu-canvas on it...
No longer blocks: gfx-triage, gpu-canvas
