Imported bookmarks dont show up on personal toolbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete all bookmarks in Bookmark Manager (backup before u do this...will use
it later)
2. Import backed up bookmarks file theu Tools->import. All seems fine.
3. The bookmarks on the personal toolbar do not apprear on the personal toolbar,
but do show up in the Bookmark Manager > Personal toolbar.
4. Try dragging them over from the bookmark manager onto the Personal toolbar.
5. They now seem to show up on the personal toolbar.
6. restart mozilla or netscape (depending on which u r using)
7. Bookmarks do not show up on the personal toolbar. They are there in the
Bookmark Manager however.

Actual Results:  
personal toolbar bookmarks do not show up on toolbar

Expected Results:  
bookmarks should show up on the personal toolbar



Reproduce in Netscape 7.01 (if you try to import Mozilla bookmarks). I created a
new profile for NS, so I am not using Moz profile.

Same happens if you try to import NS bookmarks in Moz, by first deleting all
your bokmarks in bookmarks manager and then importing.

affects builds raging from 1.0x to the latest Dec 07 2002 build (2002120708)

Please fix it. It took me 2 mins to spot this in NS 7.01! Very "in your face" bug.
