Steps to reproduce:
Download videos, apk or other files on the vivo model of Android 9
Actual results:
After the download, the sim card loses signal and the phone reboots for an unknown reason
Expected results:
Notify me when the download is complete

Thank you for your report!
I was not able to reproduce this issue on the latest Focus Nightly build 118.0a1 from 8/17 with the following:
- Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Android 9), and
- Oppo Find X3 Lite (Android 11).
I downloaded images, .apks, .pdfs, and I got the "[name of the file] finished OPEN" snackbar every time.
Tapping on the "OPEN" option opens the file without issues.
Could you please provide us some more details:
- the devices you've reproduced this issue with,
- the Focus build you've reproduced this on,
- the pages you were on,
- a short video,
- a logcat, if possible.

Can you confirm that things are working better for you on Nightly now?
