When adding a new image, an empty rectangle with a spinning icon is displayed until the image is displayed: it can be disturbing for the user.
UX recommended to remove it and just use a hourglass cursor

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 118.0a1 (2023-08-11) on macOS 12 ARM.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 119.0a1 (20230907213402) and Firefox 118.0b6 (20230907180212) on macOS 12 ARM, Win 10 and Ubuntu 22.04.
