User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/116.0
Steps to reproduce:
I try to remove & Re enable the Primary Password & Change "signon.masterPasswordReprompt.timeout_ms" Config setting to 0
Actual results:
Nothing happened, Firefox still Prompting the "Master Password Prompt" every time I opening the Firefox
Expected results:
I need to Prompt "Master Password Sign-in" when only I try to View or Try to Change any of my Passwords (Like in Google Chrome, They actually figure it out). Also Saved Password need to be using without "Master Password sign-in" but password are hidden, If you need to see those then you need to be Sign in to Master Password.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Password Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
