Desktop, standard Firefox - recently sometimes when pressing enter on URL or Search bar results in Firefox acknowledging but not actually carrying out the website/search. A second enter press is needed.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/116.0
Steps to reproduce:
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/116.0
I am sorry I can't make it appear consistently. I have put off writing a report as I've been trying to figure out how to make it happen consistently, but I can't figure it out. Was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this.
Actual results:
Sometimes pressing enter to search does nothing, and I need to press enter again. It occurs with enough frequency to be an issue.
Expected results:
It searches as intended.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Address Bar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
