Is it still the intention to release https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1848953 along with 1830623 as suggested in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1830623#c16 ?

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1830623 has been released and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1856029 closed but there is still no sign of activity on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1848953.
This was intended to ship with 1830623; I am very disappointed that they were split into different bugs. Other platforms can get by with just the config settings, but about:config is disabled on release versions for Android, so a GUI option is essential here.
Please make this bug more visible from other GPC bugs.

I'm also disappointed, but unfortunately the engineering experience required to add to a GUI option to Android is distinct enough from my own that I can't really do it without handholding from someone with firefox-android dev experience. We are making the Android team aware of this as a high-benefit item with the hope that they add it shortly.
Please make this bug more visible from other GPC bugs.
