Preconditions:

• Set browser.search.region to US in about:config
• Save 1 or 2 addresses in about:preferences#privacy, Forms & Autofill section
• Use US VPN

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.clinique.com/
2. Add one item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Use autofill feature in the Delivery form

Expected result

• The saved values are autofilled properly in the corresponding fields upon using the autofill feature in the Delivery form.

Actual result

• The saved values are not autofilled in the State and Phone fields upon using the autofill feature in the Delivery form.

Additional notes

• The issue can be reproduced in Google Chrome
• Clear Autofill Form doesn't work either in the Phone field.
• State field is filled when selecting one of the suggestions displayed in the Zip Code dropdown.

Two notes:

• the state is not a <select> element so cannot be autofilled
• the phone number gets filled in but then gets replaced as the site thinks the phone number is invalid. Chrome does not fill in the phone number either.

Do you know why the sites thinks the phone number is invalid, is the site expecting a pattern that is different from what we filled?
