We'll address this after 119, this is an expected behavior for 119 (please see this doc).

Hi @Ania, I think this issue is still valid for 119 since the Error message that the product is not supported is supposed to appear for this product. We dont see any Error message in the sidebar, we just see the Reviews. The mentioned document states that there should be an error state for these types of products.

this product should return the Error in the Shopping sidebar that the product is not supported, instead we get the Reviews for it.

Hi @Ania, I think this issue is still valid for 119 since the Error message that the product is not supported is supposed to appear for this product. I think it would be useful to track this separately. This ticket as filed ("the sidebar shouldn't appear") won't be addressed for 119, but we should hopefully be able to get the error state to appear.
