184966 - Cannot edit or delete bookmarks

When in bookmark manager most bookmarks cannot be changed, deleted, or moved on
the list. When these bookmarks are hilighted the "File Bookmarks, Properties,
Rename and Delete" menu buttons dim. Can still clickon bookmarks to go to page
they point to. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to which bookmarks get frozen. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open bookmark manager
2.Hilight a bookmark on list
3.Attempt to edit move or delete it in any way

Actual Results:  
NOTHING

Expected Results:  
allow ALL bookmarks to be editied

I can duplicate this in my local mach-o build.

Oops. Hate when that happends.  I pulled the CFM & mach-o nightly builds and was
not able to verify this problem.  Reporter, can you still reproduce the problem
with a current build?

I can see the same behaviour on my colleauge's system. (Also 1.2.1, OS X).
He said that he installed 1.3b before and imported the bookmarks
from there. Did the reporter do something like that?

Is this maybe related to bug 128363?  Does following the instructions in comment
1 of that bug fix things?

I have version 1.3b build ID: 2003021217 Mac OS X 10.2.4.
I have found that one bookmark may be changed per session. One can be moved. One
can be deleted. Basicly, you may perform one of each type of bookmark mangement
per session. All others are ignored.

it works when i follow the instructions and change the html fil
