Steps to reproduce:
With 117.0b4 (64-bit) I double-clicked a message in the inbox and began stepping through messages in a standalone message window. For one of the messages I noticed it continued displaying the subject for the previous message. Whether I stepped through messages forward or backward it would never display the subject correctly for that message. I saved the problem message as an eml file. Upon dragging and dropping the message into any folder, it never displayed the subject when stepping through messages using the standalone message window. I am attaching the problem message with personal info replaced to this bug report.
Note: If there is a problem with a message, whatever information displayed from a previous message should go away.

Are you still seeing this with beta 118?
Does the message have attachments?

With version 118.0b2 (64-bit) I downloaded the .eml attachment uploaded for this bug, dragged, and dropped into my inbox. It was then the earliest message in my inbox by date. I double clicked a later message and opened in a standalone message window. When I stepped back through messages and came to the problem test message, the problem remains. When the problem message rendered, the subject and to address of the previous message remained in the window.
When double-clicking and opening the problem message directly, it would not finish rendering the upper part of the window to include from, to, subject, tool bar buttons, and date. As you know there are two toolbars. There is the toolbar at the top of the standalone message window with file, edit, view, go, etc. That toolbar is customizable and works fine. Then when a message renders some header info is displayed such as from, to, and subject to the left, with reply, forward, archive, junk, delete, more, and the date to the right. There is a small gray line above and below this section of the window. For this problem message the entire section is missing. The window does not expand to include it. When stepped into using previous/next the section will retain info from the previous message.
I have several of these messages in my trash folder due to testing. Using a standalone message window, when double-clicking to open one of these messages, the first time will have the problem described above. But sometimes when opening the same message again there was no problem. It would always produce the problem the first time. If I closed then continued opening the same message again, eventually there would be no problem, possibly after five or six repetitions.

With version 118.0b6 (64-bit) I do not see the issue trying different ways to be sure. The header part of the message renders faster, too, which is nice.
