1850013 - Add changelog/release notes to Thunderbird Flatpak appdata

The current Thunderbird Flatpak does not include the latest release notes. This is especially noticeable on Flathub, where there is an empty section where the changelog should be.

It should be possible to provide (at a minimum) a link to the release notes page, if not a copy of the release notes on Flathub.
