Steps to reproduce:

Received a message with remote content.

Actual results:

There's a menu attached to the "To protect your privacy..." bar that pops up on messages with blocked remote content. You can allow individual remote hosts or all content for this message or the sender in general.

When you select a source to allow content from, there's no option to revoke that in this menu. You have to go to "Edit the remote content options", which if you've allowed all content for the message, isn't visible above the message anymore so you have to go into your settings, and guess about what content is being loaded in the specific message.

Expected results:

There should always be a way to view the specific remote content hosts for the message you're viewing, and a simple way to accept or block content from those particular hosts. This would let you experiment with what allow/block rules load the content you want and skip the ads.
