Description: had to click on comments twice to make it work
Steps to Reproduce:
should happen: click on comments and comments can be scrolled
What's happening: have to go back and then click on the comments again to scroll through them otherwise the page is not responding to scroll<details>

I was not able to reproduce this issue on Fenix Nightly 124.0a1 builds from 1/31, and 2/1.
Tested with the following devices:
- Google Pixel 6 (Android 14),
- Lenovo tablet M10 (Android 10), and
- Samsung Galaxy A14 (Android 13).
I'll close this ticket as Worksforme.
