Steps to reproduce:
Open enough tabs that they become too narrow for the close button to appear on all of the tabs. Usually the close button only appears on the active tab.
Actual results:
The close button disappers from all tabs, including the active tab.
Expected results:
The close button should disappear from all tabs except the active tab.
