if there are no open browser windows, or they are all minimized then the new
window will open in the correct position. however, if one or more windows are
are open and not minimized, then any new windows (cntrl-n or click on
mozilla.exe) will open slightly lower than it should
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.run mozilla.exe
2.run again from start bar, or cntrl-n
3.
Actual Results:
2 open browser windows, not identically positioned - the second window is 1 or
2mm lower than the first. my resolution is 1280*960.
Expected Results:
the second window should be exactly on top of the first.
