User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 if there are no open browser windows, or they are all minimized then the new window will open in the correct position. however, if one or more windows are are open and not minimized, then any new windows (cntrl-n or click on mozilla.exe) will open slightly lower than it should Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.run mozilla.exe 2.run again from start bar, or cntrl-n 3. Actual Results: 2 open browser windows, not identically positioned - the second window is 1 or 2mm lower than the first. my resolution is 1280*960. Expected Results: the second window should be exactly on top of the first.
Tom, is quicklaunch enabled? If so, this is a dupe of bug 166226.
