STR:
- Enable the Review Quality Check UI.
- Visit some product page that triggers the feature, e.g. this one
- Click "Yes, try it" and then scroll down in the sidebar and choose
Settings
and thenTurn off review quality check
- Look at your URL bar.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
There's a residual orange shopping cart at the right edge of your URL bar. When the feature was turned on (e.g. at step 2-3), this icon was the button to open or close the sidebar. But after you turn off the feature in step 3, the shopping cart is just there but does nothing when clicked.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
The icon should disappear when the user turns off the feature. (Or: it should change to look disabled, and it should do something when clicked, e.g. maybe it pops up a UI to allow the user to re-enable the feature.)

The bug itself (the orange shopping cart that does nothing when clicked) is visible at 0:18 and beyond in the screencast. The part before that is just the STR, and a demonstration of what the icon does when the feature is enabled.
