nsIScriptableUnicodeConverter is being replaced by TextEncoder/TextDecoder and other items.
The remaining instances of convertToByteArray and convertToInputStream appear to be fairly simple to replace, so I'm posting a patch for those - we'll remove the functions at the same time to stop them being used.
