Verified fixed with Firefox 119.0a1 (2023-09-11) on Windows 10x64, macOS 12, and Ubuntu 20.04. The "name": "surface_learn_more_clicked" ping is correctly displayed in glean after clicking the Learn more link from the onboarding page.
