Steps to reproduce:

Download any file.
FF: 117.0.1
OS: Android 11.
Device: Moto g9 play.

Actual results:

After download is finished cellular network turns off and back on (crash?)

Expected results:

Celular network should not cut off/crash while using FF for any reason
