Steps to reproduce:
Some emails lead to having special characters wrongly displayed in the notification of macOS.
It seems that this only occurs with emails which are not encoded in UTF-8.
However, when opening the actual email, the special characters are displayed properly.
Actual results:
Special characters, i.e., öÖäÄüÜ are not displayed correctly in the notifications on macOS (Ventura, 13.5.2) with Thunderbird 115.2.0 (64-bit). They are replaced by other characters. Therefore, it might be an encoding issue.
Expected results:
öÖäÄüÜ etc. should have been displayed correctly in the notification.
