We should maybe add UI for the PAC prefs. This would require a checkbox or radio
buttons to determine what proxy settings are used, and, if the user chooses to
use PAC, a field to enter the URL.
Any change this might get exposed in a prefs panel by 0.7?

This bug should be closed there is now a UI for setting a URL for PAC
There is? Where?
Bug 231736 would eliminate the need for this preference setting, since Camino
would then get its proxy configuration (including the PAC setting) from the
System proxy settings.
We should use the sytem settings. On 10.2, people will have to hack the prefs
file by hand.
