The tests added in bug 1848160 only test a narrow part of the exposure telemetry code, simulating onLocationChange calls instead of navigating the browser. This followup bug captures work to do larger integration tests, which will need to include firing duplicate pushState events to simulate a weird edge case with navigations between walmart product pages (see the patch for 1848160 for details).
