We've received a report in https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/126697 where a site is not loading and fails with "Uncaught InternalError: too much recursion" error. The issue appears to be Windows only.

STR:
Load https://lifebible.com/bible in Nightly 119.0a1 (2023-09-18) on Windows and observe the page.

Expected:
Site loads

Actual:
Site stuck in a loading loop

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1845668

This is caused by bug 1845638, and bug 1853480 patch is going to fix it.
I've observed the issue locally, and also confirmed the fix with the patch there.
