Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/117.0
Steps to reproduce:
I have bookmarks in the show more section of the bookmarks toolbar.
Actual results:
Whenever I add a new bookmark I reorder it and once I finish reordering it I continue using Firefox. Then when I try to rearrange the bookmarks again it wont let me do it from the show more bookmarks section. Only after restarting Firefox it allows me to rearrange them once.
Expected results:
I should be able to rearrange the bookmarks at any moment and not only once.

Hello, thank you for the bug report!
Managed to reproduce this issue on:
- Firefox 118.0;
- Nightly 119.0a1;
- Firefox ESR 115.3.0;
Tested and reproduced on:
- macOS 12;
- Windows 10;
- Ubuntu 22;
STR used:
- Launch Firefox.
- Save some bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar(enough for the ‘Show more bookmarks’ menu to appear).
- Re-order the bookmarks from the ‘Show more bookmarks’ section.
- Disable Bookmarks Toolbar(CTRL+Shift+B).
- Re-enable Bookmarks Toolbar(CTRL+Shift+B).
Expected: Bookmarks can still be re-ordered after disabling and re-enabling the Bookmarks Toolbar.
Actual: Bookmarks cannot be re-ordered after disabling and re-enabling the Bookmarks Toolbar.
Setting as NEW so the developing team can have a look.
