User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 13; Mobile; rv:109.0) Gecko/118.0 Firefox/118.0

Steps to reproduce:

After a few minutes navigating some websites as normal, the issue starts to occur.
Most often starts while attempting to scroll through a page.
Websites I have noticed this on so far:
https://forums.sufficientvelocity.com/
https://forums.spacebattles.com/
Have not been able to get this to reliably happen on command, it just starts happening eventually.
This happens on the Exynos/Europe version of the Samsung S22 Ultra on Android version 13

Actual results:

After working normally for some time (can be from a few minutes up to half an hour), the whole screen will start to flicker black, at first only when scrolling but progressing to becoming almost unusable as it only becomes visible for brief moments.
This persists until either the phone is hard reset or FireFox is force closed.
Other browsers on the same phone have not encountered this issue, and if I am able to force close Firefox this has at least temporarily resolved the issue in each case.

Expected results:

Web browser should have continued to operate normally without starting to flicker.

Hello,
I haven't been able to reproduce the issue on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Android 13) on the latest Nightly, Beta & RC builds.
Could you please send us a video of the issue?
