Steps to reproduce:
Update to Thunderbird v115 or later.
Actual results:
The menu bar is now below the unified toolbar, and unlike in prior versions, the bars can't be moved around or hidden.
Expected results:
It should be possible to move or hide this bar.

Thanks for the link, but users shouldn't have to play with userChrome.css to fix bugs like this.
