We want to remove all of the nimbus pref support for the holdback study - which should be concluding in 120 - added in bug 1851525 and bug 1837037. I think there's also old firefoxview nimbus pref code from 2022 we should also remove.

The work to remove the firefoxview-next pref is in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18645
The newIcon pref is still in use and will require another patch to remove.

Since the nimbus experiment is complete, we no longer need the pref for the newIcon.
