Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade Firefox Nightly from Nightly 120.0a1 (20230925160932) to Nightly 120.0a1 (20230926092749)
2. Load the Firefox Alpenglow theme
3. Watch the tab bar

Actual results:

Since I upgraded Firefox Nightly from Nightly 120.0a1 (20230925160932) to Nightly 120.0a1 (20230926092749) my tab bar at the top of Firefox does not load the Firefox Alpenglow theme and displays a white background and unreadable white text. In addition, the tabs also have a white background and are therefore indistinguishable.

Expected results:

The Firefox Alpenglow theme must load a burple background with orange forms in the corner of the tab bar
