If we find a team that wants one, we should create a System Health Monitoring Dashboard for Contextual Services in the same vein that bug 1838698 created one for Messaging System for the OMC Team.

At present we can't find a team who'd want one, and any we'd make would be insufficient to match the detail and tailoring of the engineering teams that are looking into the operational health of these systems already.

But we said we'd do it, and we're willing to do it... but only if someone wants one. This bug is for documenting our willingness to satisfy the requirement.
