1856143 - Black or white screen when reopening installed web apps

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 13; Mobile; rv:109.0) Gecko/117.0 Firefox/117.0

Steps to reproduce:

• Install a PWA like Mastodon
• Open the app
• Put it in the background
• After some time, like an hour, reopen the app

Actual results:

A black or a blank screen appears instead of the app. This makes the app unusable and it needs to be closed and reopened to work properly.

I had this issue for many versions already. It's not something that came up recently. I don't think it ever worked correctly.

This does not happen for Chrome PWA on my device.

Expected results:

The app should have started. Ideally ok the screen that was previously opened before backgrounding the app.
