Actual results:
Takes over a minute to be ready to use.
Expected results:
Should have been ready to use in seconds.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiling-thunderbird-performance and related links have instructions on how to obtain a performance profile for startup.
How to find requested 'browser's user agent string' ?
Assuming you are asking because the bug reporting process asked? It's not needed when reporting a Thunderbird issue.

Kozmyk,
When creating the performance profile, before starting the collection, click "edit settings":
- pick Thunderbird
- enable Main thread file IO
- enable All File IO
- enable CPU utilization all threads
- enable CPU utilization all threads
- enable Unregistered threads
Performed a Profiler Recording for Startup.
At least I followed a set of "Simple" instructions.
Hit RECORD then closed and reopened Thunderbird.
Not sure if the Profiler automatically Uploaded the recording results to Mozilla HQ
OR their still languishing on my PC somewhere ...

Neither, unless you specifically saved it after startup (before shutdown), per https://profiler.firefox.com/docs/#/./guide-startup-shutdown.
Instructions for saving at https://profiler.firefox.com/docs/#/./guide-getting-started?id=share-a-profile
