Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit: https://www.lemonde.fr/les-decodeurs/visuel/2023/06/07/comprendre-le-rechauffement-comment-nous-avons-bouleverse-le-climat_6176490_4355770.html
2. Enable translation to English

This happens in both:

• 118.0.1 (64-bit) (stable)
• 120.0a1 (2023-10-01) (64-bit) (nightly)

Actual results:

Most of the texts is translated, all the scrolling text boxes, but most of the texts around charts is not. This includes both texts in html and svg.

Expected results:

Ideally all texts are translated. Or a way to re-run translation is available.

• Nightly 120.0a1;
• Firefox 118.0.1;

Tested and reproduced on:

• macOS 12;
• Ubuntu 22;
• Windows 10;

Setting as NEW.
