Steps to reproduce:
Disabled option to 'hide system window titlebar'
Actual results:
Search bar displays ABOVE menu bar
Expected results:
Search bar displays BELOW menu bar (like every other application).
NOTE - there is a workaround here, but user should NOT be expected to create & maintain custom CSS for proper placement. Weird placement is a bug and should be fixed.
