Newsgroup accounts in Mailnews don't persist their open state between Mozilla
runs. Mail accounts do.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mailnews.
2. Expand a newsgroup account so you can see the newsgroups themselves.
3. Close Mailnews, and the rest of Mozilla.
4. Re-open Mailnews.
Actual Results:  
The expanded newsgroup account is closed again.

Expected Results:  
It should still be expanded, as happens with mail accounts.

I can't say for sure, but I believe the 'open' state is stored in localstore.rdf
for newsgroups, but it still doesn't expand them when opening Mailnews.
