1857315 - Dragging subfolder removes folder from Favorite Folder display temporarily

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new profile. Create enough of an account to create Local Folders.
2. Under local folders create folders A and B.
3. Make A and B favorite folders.
4. Enable the display of favorite folders.
5. Create a sub folder SUB under A.
6. Drag SUB from A to B.
7. Drag SUB from B to A.
8. Disable and enable the display of favorite folders.
9. Drag SUB from A to B.
10. Exit and restart Thunderbird with the same profile.

Expected:
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 No change in the favorite folder display.

Actual:
6) Folder A vanishes from the favorite folder display.
7) Folder B vanishes from the favorite folder display.
8) Folders A and B are restored to the favorite folder display.
9) Folder A vanishes from the favorite folder display.
10) Folders A is restored to the favorite folder display.

Changing the Compact Mode setting also resets the Favorite folder list.
