In Windows Dark Mode, System Theme enabled, Color option set to "Only with High Contrast Themes" all open message windows revert to Light (non Dark) Mode.

Steps to reproduce:
Windows Dark Mode with System Theme enabled in TB. Settings Colors Override "Only with High Contrast Themes" (to allow edit of colors), all open mail windows revert to Light (Normal) Mode.
Actual results:
Open mail windows that should be dark mode (white fg, black bg) appear with white bg and dark fg. TB mail list window remains dark mode.

Expected results:
Changing the Color change setting to "only with high contrast themes" should not override system theme.
