After upgrading from TB 102 to 115, I've noticed that the message list now flickers when scrolled and takes some time to fill the missing lines.

How many messages are there in the folder?

There are 16000 messages in this folder, but I observe the same phenomenon on a folder with 4000 messages.

It's slightly different in troubleshoot mode:

• when dragging the scrollbar, the list turns mostly blank until the movement ends (so less flickering but no display)
• the slow filling is less visible when dragging the scrollbar, but still perceptible when moving the mouse wheel

Just tested with 115.8.0 and it's still flickering. I'm under the impression it's a bit faster when scrolling, but the slow reflow when the scrolling stops is still the same.
