once Bug 1835071 is in tree, let's update this documentation here to make mention of the new config variable, custom start/stop usage (since we have it in chrome now) and update the reference links with a new updated searchfox revisions

Minor update to the documentation to better reflect existing
capabilities of profiling with raptor. In particular, updated links and
mention of ability to profile chrom* applications.
