This is present in macOS and Windows 11. There are no distinguishable lines between cards in Cards View. This is for light and dark system themes.

To duplicate:

  • Set Thunderbird theme to "System Theme - auto".
  • macOS Setting: Accessibility > Increase contrast
  • Windows 11 Settings: Accessibility > Contrast themes > apply a contrast theme
