This is present in macOS and Windows 11. There are no distinguishable lines between cards in Cards View. This is for light and dark system themes.
To duplicate:
- Set Thunderbird theme to "System Theme - auto".
- macOS Setting: Accessibility > Increase contrast
- Windows 11 Settings: Accessibility > Contrast themes > apply a contrast theme
